Pug

Pug

The Pug originated in ancient China, where it was bred as a cherished companion for imperial families and later became popular in European royal courts thanks to its charming personality and distinctive appearance. Recognizable by its wrinkled face, curled tail, and expressive eyes, the Pug was never a working dog but always a devoted companion. Today, the Pug is affectionate, playful, and highly people-oriented, thriving in close contact with its family and adapting very well to apartment and urban living, although its brachycephalic structure means it does not tolerate high temperatures well and requires attentive care.
