Jagdterrier

Jagdterrier

The Jagdterrier originates from Germany, where it was developed in the 20th century as a versatile hunting dog for small game both above and below ground. It features a compact, muscular build and a harsh, short coat typically black with tan markings. Originally valued for its fearless, tireless nature, strong prey drive, and ability to work in challenging terrain, today’s Jagdterrier is an energetic, intelligent, and devoted companion requiring consistent training, ample exercise, and mental stimulation.
