Toy Fox Terrier

The American Toy Fox Terrier was developed in the United States during the early 20th century by crossing Toy Fox Terriers, Chihuahuas, and various small terriers to create an elegant and agile companion dog. Originally used for ratting in homes and on farms as well as for companionship, it features a compact, athletic build and a short, smooth coat of white with black or tan markings. Today’s Toy Fox Terrier is a lively, intelligent, and loyal apartment-friendly dog requiring consistent yet gentle training, daily exercise, and mental stimulation.
